Here’s a clear breakdown of the payment terms we provid:

Seasonal payment:

• 20% Deposit –
  Due within 5 business days of contract signing (executed by both parties)
• 35% Mobilization – Due before the service team departs for project location
• 35% Progress Payment -Payable within 5 business days after successful pipe opening
• 10% Final Payment – Due Date: Exactly one calendar month before the official season closing date (Month, Day, Year)

Monthly payment by 5 months:

• Advance Payment –
  40% of the total contract value is due within 5 business days of contract signing (executed by both parties).
• Monthly Payment –
  12% of the total is payed as monthly rate due on the 1st of each month, beginning (Month, Year). Payments are
  considered late if not received by the 5th of the month.

Late Payments:
Overdue balances accrue interest at 5% per month

Wire transfer/ACH to ( see Bank Details]. Checks require 5 business days to clear.

Termination:
Failure to pay within 10 days of due date reserves the right to suspend services.
